• 12V power only: Hardwired 12V Power Kit. HERO4–HERO13, HERO4 and HERO5 Session. £85.

• Intercom and pace notes in your footage: Intercom setup for Hero 5–13. HERO5–HERO13. £120.

• Intercom for older cameras: Intercom Cable for Hero 3 & 4. HERO3, HERO3+, HERO4. From £49.

Plug & Play Wired Control

The simplest way to upgrade your own GoPro. One push and the camera powers on and records, while the LED confirms it. It's hardwired to the car's 12V, so there's no battery to go flat.

• HERO8–HERO13: a plug-in wiring loom. No housing, and no battery in the camera.

• HERO5–HERO7: our original housing with the control system built in.

• Your camera is never modified, and you don't need to send it to us.

Hardwiring a GoPro to 12V

Recording intercom audio

The GoPro's own microphone can't hear your co-driver under helmets and engine noise. Our intercom cables record your Stilo, Peltor, Zero Noise or Terratrip audio straight into the footage, and they're noise-suppressed for cameras running on the car's 12V.

GoPro upgrade questions

Will Plug & Play work with my GoPro? It fits GoPro HERO5 to HERO13 Black models (not White or Silver). Choose your model when ordering.

What does the fitting service change? The button cable comes out through the top of the camera, which we reseal. It's a permanent change, and the cable has a connector so the camera can still come out of the car. Fitting takes just under a day, and we send the camera back insured.

Can I start with power and add control later? Yes. The 12V Power Kit is designed to pair with Add Wired Control To Your Camera.
